Returns

What exactly is a return?

Since this question reaches us frequently, we would like to introduce askallo’s „returns“ to you.

Let’s assume you are planning a survey with around 1,000 participants. Now you start the survey and relatively quickly it becomes clear: Not everyone who was intended and invited to participate is actually willing to accept your invitation. Of the 1,000 invited, perhaps only 80% open and process your survey. Maybe more, maybe even less. There is reading and responding, pondering and pondering. Some are very eager, while others are rather less enthusiastic, and still others, for various reasons, break off processing the questionnaire in the middle. What now?

Returns and response rate – indicators for a successful survey

returns checklist

Let’s further assume that at the end of your survey, for example, this 80%, i.e. around 800 questionnaires were completed and returned to us. These questionnaires that have gone through the process – invitation, processing and return – are called „returns“ at askallo.

1 returned questionnaire = 1 completed questionnaire

The more returns you receive, the greater the so-called response rate.
Why is that important to know? Well, on the one hand, the highest possible response rate is an indicator of a comprehensible and well-researched questionnaire, and on the other hand it is also a question of profitability. Because although you started with 1,000 participants, in our example you only really received information or, in other words, added value from 80% of the participants. So that’s a net of 800 evaluable „answers“ and not 1,000.

Transparent prices for returns

Such scenarios are part of everyday survey life; we have of course reacted to this for you and adapted our billing model accordingly. Even if you should take into account a certain deviation from the original number of participants at the end of a survey, this will not be at your expense. Because we assure you – with us, you only pay for what you actually benefit from in the end!

And best of all: the contingent of responses can even be booked so flexibly that an increase is possible at any time, even during an ongoing survey.
So you can rest assured that a) you won’t miss out on any evaluable responses and b) you won’t pay a cent too much – complete cost transparency at all times!

In addition to our existing tariffs, we are also happy to work out individual offers for you. Just contact us… because if you don’t ask, you don’t win … 😉
